Who are we and what we do

Management at the Levee Inc. is the brainchild of Tiffany Pocock and Anna Godo, who have over 60 years of combined, progressive experience working in the municipal engineering field, on projects in the City of Windsor and Essex County.  

 In 2022, this consulting firm was established to assist municipalities, developers and property owners by providing experienced engineering and/or project management support for municipal and private infrastructure projects.  By filling voids in a client's organizational structure, with additional resources, knowledge and experience, on an as-needed basis or for longer term projects. Management at the Levee Inc. will assist their clients through all stages of their projects from development, to obtaining needed approvals,  to tendering and contracting, to constructing and to the final completion of paperwork.
